50cc Scooter Safety

When riding a 50cc Scooter the number one thing to consider should always be safety. Whether your riding down the street and back, or driving to work in the morning. Most accidents happen within a mile of your home. Each rider should own the proper gear and most importantly a helmet. Some 50cc Scooters can reach speeds of 40 miles per hour, which is fast enough to cause bad injuries or even death. Below I will go through a few key pieces of gear that all riders should have with them and on them at all times.

The number one thing that all riders should always have is a helmet. Whether it’s a black helmet, green helmet, or even a pink helmet, just put it on. Helmets save thousands of people each year. Your head is the most important part of your body and you must protect it. Helmets and vehicles such as a scooter should go hand and hand. If your thinking about buying any type of mini moto, then a helmet should be right there with it.

The next important piece of gear is leather outerwear. This is not needed but is very helpful. Wearing leather is mainly for occational fall or accident that could occur. Say you fall off a scooter and slide across a tar or cement road. Now that wouldn’t feel to good now would it? When wearing leather this helps eliminate the injuries that could come from this type of fall. Sliding down a tar road with a leather suit on would pretty much eliminate the “Road Rash” as they call it.

The next two things that all riders should wear are goggles and gloves. Goggles and gloves are very important in there own ways. Goggles help prevent things from shooting off the road into your eyes. Whether it be rocks, sand, or dirt, ether of the three can cause some damage to your eyes. But damage to your eyes isn’t the only thing. It can also cause you to lose control and fall off the scooter. Which could lead to other injuries. Wearing gloves isn’t a must, but like the leather can definitely help if you were to take a small fall.

Safety should be everyones first thought when looking into getting a scooter of some sort. Everyone should follow the rules of the road, and should always wear a helmet.

Next time you sit down in your car to make a run to the corner store, think to yourself, how long is this trip going to take, is it worth getting in my car and driving there? I mean lets think, most vehicles get 15-25 miles per gallon. Now the corner store we’ll say is roughly 5 miles down the road for most people. Now a few simple calculations and we come to conclusion that 5 miles there and 5 miles back 10 miles total. Thats almost 1 gallon of gas wasted to just go grab a gallon of milk! Now most cars tanks only hold about 20 gallons. There’s got to be a better more efficient way.

As far as my family goes, we have 2 cars which we use for trips that are necessary for using a car. Ether carrying a lot of luggage, going a far distance, or bringing multiple people along with you. If someone needs to go to the corner store, we use our 50cc moped. Our moped is very nice and efficient. It gets well over 100 miles to the gallon which is unheard of compared to a car.

Now I wouldn’t say go out and completely eliminate your car completely. But for quick errands, lets say…grabbing a gallon a milk from the corner store, or picking up your brother from a friends house down the street. There’s no need to use a car. Just jump on the moped and you’ll be there and back in no time and waste almost no money or gas period. Why get in a big vehicle and waste an absurd amount of gas to go right down the street and back again?

I got my family a 50cc moped about a year ago, and ever since I bought this thing, my life has been a lot easier. I save hundreds of dollars on gas each year, which I can put toward something else. With gas prices going up and down now of days who knows what’s going to happen. I think buying this moped was one of the best decisions I could have made for my family. I feel every house hould should have some sort of 50cc scooters, or gas moped or something along the lines of it. They’re practical, efficient, and most of all, GREEN!.

Mini Moto

What is a mini moto?

What is a Mini Moto? To some people, it’s simply a motorcycle, or a “minibike”. To others, it could be any mini motored vehicle, for example: Mini Moto Scooters50cc Mopeds, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and so on.They’re designed for fast and safe transportation, at a low but efficient cost.

Mini motos can come in all different sizes for all different types of people. Personally I enjoy the scooters more then anything. Scooters are very fun, compact, and affordable for everyone. I think everyone should have mini moto scooters for their families. If all families had these they would save a great amount of money every year on gas, maintenance, and much more.

How many miles per gallon does your car get? Most cars now of days get anywhere from 10-40 miles to gallon, and anything over 30 miles per gallon is specially designed for gas, and probably expensive. As far as a scooter goes, they’re very inexpensive, and phenomenal on gas. Now phenomenal is a strong word, so I’m going to have to back this up a little bit. These scooters get anywhere from 75-120 miles per gallon. Now if that doesn’t suprise you then you ether already new that, or your crazy!

These vehicles are enjoyable for everyone and I feel every family should have one. These vehicles are very good for certain things. For instance: yard work, running to the corner store, cruising the town, and much more. The next time you or a family member takes a ride to the corner store to grab some milk, think about how much gas and money is involved in this simple trip, and compare it to a mini moto.

Mini Dirt Bikes

Have you ever heard of 50cc dirt bikes? Obviously it’s going to be smaller then a normal one, and that’s probably one of the most significant differences in the two. But, that’s only one of a list of differences between the two. Throughout this article I will discuss mini dirt bikes, how to choose one, the safety of them, reasons to purchase one, and much more.

To begin we’ll talk about the bike itself. If you don’t know what a dirt bike is I will refresh your memory. It’s simply a bicycle with an engine attached to it and a bunch of other components to make this thing an automatic bicycle. No pedaling involved! So therefore it’s a smaller bicycle with a smaller engine. Although they are much larger and more powerful then a mini one, but they still come with a lot of power, and speed.

When looking for a one there’s really no end. Since there “mini”, there going to be small on everyone except children of course. So when looking for a one you have to look up the specs and how much weight the bike can hold. Also when looking for one of these machines, you should be thinking how fast do you want this thing to be able to go? How durable is this machine your probably going to have to maintain. And how easy is this thing to maintain?

They are fine for all ages, shapes, and sizes. Whether your 10 years old or 40 or 200 pounds, or 84 pounds, mini dirt bikes will bring fun for everyone. Speeding across a dirt field, hitting jumps, or even racing. There is endless amounts of fun behind them and I suggest looking into it.

50cc Mopeds keeping our economy green

Next time you sit down in your car to make a run to the corner store, think to yourself, how long is this trip going to take, is it worth getting in my car and driving there? Doesn’t it just make so much sense already? I mean com out who else can say my source of transportation gets 120 miles to the gallon?

When it comes to simple errands like running to the store to grab a loaf of bread, or grabbing your son from his friends down the street, mopeds are the simplest, most efficient way to go about doing it. A 50cc Mopeds can get you from point A to point B in no time, and save you tons of gas that you can be saving in your car for certain occasions that you may actually need your car for.

50cc Mopeds: Point A to Point B Efficiently.

Are you sick of driving your car all over the place now of days. Gas is getting out of control in some places around the world. Heck I can’t even drive to the store to get milk without spending 5 dollars on gas. Now 5 dollars may not seem like a lot, but believe me 5 dollars adds up very, very quickly. Now there’s got to be another way around driving your car to do such pointless, quick errands. Some people ride bikes, walk, hitch rides. Well me on the other hand, ride my moped.

I have a 50cc moped which takes me from point A to point B fast, and efficiently. My moped gets over 100 miles to the gallon. Now lets think of that. My car gets 17 miles to the gallon. Now some simple math can show you how much more efficient my moped really is. 83 miles to the gallon more then my car gets. 83 miles to the gallon more! That’s ridiculous!

Everyone now of day’s needs to be more concerned with these types of situations. Even if our economy was way better then it is right now, just think of the money you could be saving ether way. For things down the road that are more important. Everyone needs to consider getting a 50cc moped, or moped scooter of some sort. Whether its a 50cc moped, 150cc moped, or whatever it may be. I just feel that everyone should have an alternate way of transportation to do little errands and things of that such. It just makes too much sense, and more people should take advantage of it.

If your reading this article and your thinking about what’s being said and not sure how to react to it, then do yourself a favor and do a little research. A little research won’t hurt, and you can learn a lot from it. And heck, you may actually make the right decision and make your life a lot easier, less expensive, and of course, GREEN!
